Landscape photography is a way to visit new places and rediscover well known locations from a new perspective. There is beauty in nature all around us, and photography has helped me tune into that beauty with my own creativity.
Although I primarily focus on natural landscapes, I may on occasion find a composition that just breaks form my primary interest, and it must be shared.
About Lost Bay Photography
Early Spanish explorers were searching for a safe harbor for their fleet during exploration of what is now the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast region. They coined the elusive body of water Perdido Bay. Many years have passed and the bay has seen several changes to habitat, population, industry, and access to the Gulf of Mexico. Because this area still holds some of the best sights that many rarely encounter, I named this site after Perdido “Lost” Bay.
